All our websites are robustly designed to work across a variety of platforms and can be ‘up-scaled’ to adapt to emerging technologies as and when required. However, on the rare occasions that things do go wrong we are here to support our clients. You can either contact-us for an initial free assessment of the problem and thereafter we will charge our basic hourly rate to resolve any outstanding issue or you can take out a support agreement with us. A support agreement gives clients priority in getting work carried out, support for internet related technical issues, consulting on use of their website, search engine advice and much more for a small one off charge (annually renewable.) |
